Jennifer A. Jones M.A., CCC-A

Jennifer Jones is our licensed and certified Audiologist. Audiology is the study of hearing and an Audiologist is a professional who specializes in the identification, assessment and rehabilitation of hearing loss. Mrs. Jones offers very personalized, compassionate audiology care that is customized to meet the hearing needs of both adults and children.

M.A. Degree in Audiology from The University of Akron.
B.A. Degree in Communicative Disorders, San Diego State University.
Mrs. Jones has been providing hearing care at this office for 12 years.

Internships completed at the VA Hospital Cleveland, Metro Health Medical Center Cleveland and The Lippy Group in Warren Ohio.

Allergy Nurse
Amy Sommers, RN

Amy is our Nurse. She is an RN who received her Associate of Science in Nursing from Aultman College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Amy also has an Associate of Applied Business Degree from Kent State University Tuscarawas Campus.  She has over 7 years of experience as a critical care RN and has certifications in BLS, ACLS, and TNCC.  Amy’s combination of clinical education and experience provides a strong foundation for excellent patient care.  She is a wife and mother of 2 young boys. Amy is responsible for allergy testing, allergy injections, administering IV treatments, blood draws, patient education, and assisting Dr. Qadir.

Nicole L. Gough

Nicole has been our office receptionist since 2012. She is a graduate of the University of Akron and has an Associate of Applied Business degree. She is the smiling face at the desk to greet you and get you ready for your appointment. Nicole will be the one scheduling any testing Dr. Qadir orders for you.

Medical Assistant/ Health Coach
Tana Bornstein

Tana Bornstein has recently joined our team as a Medical Assistant/ Health Coach. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Walsh University in May of 2016. Tana spent a majority of her senior year interning at Aultman Hospital and Aultman North in Cardiac Rehab working with Phase I heart failure patients, learning how to properly execute exercise prescription. She also spent time working at MyFitLife, where she was a Personal Trainer. In addition, Tana is on the Executive Board as Vice President for a non-profit organization called Breaking Barriers – Hope Is Alive, where they strive to break the stigma and help those caught in addiction. Tana has a passion for health & wellness and spends a majority of her spare time at the gym. She is so blessed to have the opportunity to work for and learn from Dr. Qadir as well as be a part of the Innovative Health & Longevity team!!

Health Coach
Aneela S. Qadir, B.A.

Aneela Qadir has recently joined our team as our functional medicine health coach. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University in 2015, where she was awarded first place for her presentation and completion of her Senior Honor’s Thesis entitled the “Acute Effects of Aerobic Exercise Types on Affect and Cognition after a Stressor.” Aneela is a certified yoga teacher and is interested in obtaining her personal training certification in the near future. She is highly passionate about all things related to health, including fitness, healthy eating, stress management and optimal mental well-being. She is a very motivated and energetic individual, practicing what she preaches, and will continue to inspire and support you as you journey towards greater health.
