A note from Dr. Qadir
My passion in life is to help those who come to me live a fully optimized life. I focus not only on helping you get better when you have health problems, but also help you to stay well and become optimally healthy. If you have seen numerous doctors without benefit and want a physician that really digs deeper into your health problems, then call now and schedule a consultation. I really listen to you so I can understand your health situation. I believe your physical, psychological and spiritual states must all be taken into consideration to optimize healing and recovery. Your daily stress level, diet, amount of rest and exercise, as well as social and family support systems are all important determinants of health. I run a detailed battery of tests that measure countless biomarkers and assess everything from nutritional deficiencies and allergies to gut function and response to stress in order to evaluate the underlying causes of your problems.
Once I have analyzed the results of the testing, I recommend a comprehensive health optimization plan that can include everything from learning how to incorporate healthy habits into your life to prescribing supplements and innovative natural therapies that will improve your current health conditions while decreasing your need for prescription medications. I combine standard medical practices with “integrative” and “alternative” approaches. I am not just a Doctor, but also a Coach that helps you to optimize your health and vitality.
I believe our current healthcare system only acts reactively and does not perform a detailed health analysis until someone becomes ill; my approach is to be proactive and identify problems before they become severe enough to cause disease and to optimize health so that existing health afflictions improve and new problems are prevented. I believe that the ‘after the fact’ approach to health that most people and the current healthcare system take needs to be disrupted because it is both expensive and ineffective. Advancements in diagnostics and technology should be used to optimize health and prevent disease rather than just ‘manage’ disease once it has taken hold. Prevention saves both misery and money. It is far less expensive to maintain good health then to get sick. While medications at times can be life-saving, they can also be very toxic to long-term health. I am a strong believer in personal responsibility and empower those I work with to take charge of their health because it is their single most valuable asset.
I believe that a holistic comprehensive approach should serve as the foundation for all who want to prevent & reverse disease and optimize their state of health. The need for medications and surgical interventions, as well as cost, can be minimized this way. It is far more expensive in terms of money and pain to get sick than to maintain good health.
To your good Health,
